China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd. (SH601088) reported July commodity coal output of 16.2 million tons andcoal shipment of 19.4 million tons, up 17.4 percent and 12.1 percenton year, and up 10.2 percent and 2.1 percent on month, respectively.

    It exported 1.9 million tons of coal in July, up 5.6 percent yearon year.

    It also generated 10.2 billion kwh of electricity, up 39.5 percent,and sold 9.47 billion kwh, up 38.2 percent.
