Maxy Gold Corporation is a Canadian based company engaged in creating wealth for its shareholders through the acquisition, exploration and sustainable development of precious metal properties with focus in the People's Republic of China ("PRC") and especially the Yunnan province. The company's current activities are on the Luchan and Midu projects. Together the projects cover 600km2 in Yunnan where good grades of Gold and Base Metal mineralization were identified. Maxy seeks to establish over one million oz of gold and carry the projects to feasibility stage. Previous scattered hand mining by the locals provide encouraging signs of potentials and economics of the projects. Southwestern Resources (SWG-TSX) owns 10% of Maxy.
