Orsa has the right to earn a 70% interest in three key property blocks that directly adjoin Southwestern's Boka Gold Project and SKN Resources, Tuobuka Gold Project, located in the Province of Yunnan, China. Orsa's Dianfang property adjoins both Southwestern's Boka Gold Project to the east and SKN's Tuobuka Project to the south. Bounding on the south of Dianfang, is the Chenggan property which lies to the southeast from the Boka and Tuobuka properties and the third property, the Tianba is located in the Shekuai Townership, Dongchaun District.
