Pacific Imperial Mines (¡±the Company¡±) is a Canadian listed exploration and development company focused on precious and base metal projects in China. The Company is managed by capable professionals with many years of experience in the minerals exploration and development industry in China and also worldwide.

    The Company presently owns two gold exploration properties in eastern Yunnan province, the Tangshang and Salachong projects. The Company's 100% owned subsidiary, Guangnan Tangshang Gold Co Ltd, has legal status as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise in China. (¡°WOFE¡±) The advantages of a WOFE are that the Company is able to conduct business, including property acquisitions, without the involvement of a Chinese partner. Further, a WOFE may convert RMB profits into a foreign currency. PPM's major shareholders include senior Yunnan Non Ferrous Metals Geological Bureau (¡°YNMGB¡±) officials, including the Director and Deputy Director of the Bureau.
