Xinxin Mining buy 3 nickel-copper mines in Xinjiang

XINJIANG Xinxin Mining Industry Co, China's second-largest producer of nickel, will buy three nickel-copper mines in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for 540 million yuan (US$79 million) to add reserves.


The Xinjiang-based firm has sealed two framework deals with Alexis Investments Ltd for the acquisition, Xinxin Mining said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange yesterday.
