Gold price higher in Hong Kong -- July 2

     Gold price in Hong Kong rose 44 HK dollars to 8,702 HK dollars per tael on Wednesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).


     The price is equivalent to 937.57 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 5.02 U.S. dollars at Wednesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.791 HK dollars.
