It is reported that domestic construction steel export market prices have witnessed evident rebound since early this week. But export market still stagnates and offers remain weak on few enquiry.

    Shanghai market prices for HRB335 20mm rebar is being quoted at CNY 4980 per tonne to CNY 5000 per tonne; HRB400 grade material is being quoted at CNY 5010 per tonne to CNY 5050 per tonne up by CNY 130 per tonne and CNY 100 per tonne to CNY 140 per tonne respectively from last Friday. Commercial wire rod jump up by CNY 200 per tonne to CNY 4950 per tonne to CNY 4960 per tonne that for hi-speed material see a rebound of CNY 220 per tonne to CNY 5000 per tonne to CNY 5020 per tonne.

    Export offers for rebar are about USD 900 per tonne to USD 910 per tonne for 10mm to 25mm and contract price is believed to be at USD 890 per tonne to USD 905 per tonne FOB. There is few report of transaction and most are dealing with shipment of former booked cargoes.
