China is expected to impose additional export tariffs on more phosphate products including phosphate rock, yellow phosphorus and calcium phosphate.

This is another act after its announcement of increasing the collection of 100 percent export tariffs on phosphonic acid and phosphatic fertilizer last month.

According to the announcement, China increases the export tariffs of phosphoric acid from zero to 100 percent and that of phosphate fertilizer from 30 percent to 100 percent between April 20 and September 30.

Analysts here agree that this will exert little influence on China's export of phosphorus ore.
